Gained 25 lbs of Muscle
While Lowering Bodyfat 1%
Like many other guys, I have tried several programs in hopes
of making some solid muscular gains -- but really had very little success.
I decided to give underground mass secrets a try and was thrilled when
I gained more weight in 3 months than I had in the past 2 years. I have
always had a pretty good working knowledge of how to workout and I've
always had really good workouts in the gym. Where I was failing, and
this is where James really put it all together for me, was in getting
the proper nutrition for building muscle. The meal planner has been absolutely
been the help I needed in making all of my hard workouts pay off in terms
of gaining muscular weight.
Simply stated, James outlines the complexities
of building muscle into a very basic and easy to understand program.
He tells you what to eat, when to eat it and how to get the most out
of your workouts. I love all the tips he provides on how to minimize
the chances of injury. I bought the program because James has 'been there
and done that' in terms of wanting to go from being skinny to being lean
and muscular. When I started the program, I weighed 155lbs and was at
10% body fat. I am currently just over 180lbs and 9% body fat.

I'm really glad I bought the e-book - it has been an invaluable
source to refer to and has taught me about proper eating and nutrition
habits which are essential to allowing my body to grow - thanks!
The book
is easy to understand and easy to refer to. The advice is easy to implement
in to your life & I have seen marked muscle development
as a result of following the program. Always the skinny nerd throughout
school & uni, I now have a lot more confidence and feel like a man
and not a boy.

The way you put the book together is great...the how to first
and the why later. That's exactly what most people want. You did a great
job detailing the food and nutrition area.
I know quality when I see it.
Honestly, I think you should break your book into two books...one on nutrition
and one on working out. You'll make more money, take less time to finished,
easier to up grade, I gladly paid for both, and I suggest you raise the
price for the darn thing. It's way to cheap. would_recommend = Desire To
Look Good + James' Program = Looking D*MN good Want Women to check you
out + James Program = Life is good.

When I first began, I was skeptical about the program. I
have been looking for a way to gain weight for quite an extensive amount
of time. Then I came across James' story. I decided to give it a try since
it sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Shorty, even when not
following the plan strictly, I began to see results! I think it was the
best money I could have spent in regards to my search for weight gain.
Two words, Try it! There is no reason not too! If you do not see wieght
gain/loss you will be happy knowing that you are eating healthy, which
will prolong your life and make you a happier person altogether.
