What to Expect
Day One:  
Slight discomfort from altering normal eating patterns. Energy levels should be normal. May begin more frequent urination (peeing) by the early evening. 

Day Three and Four:
Bowels begin to “move freely” high levels of toxins are beginning to be passed. Symptoms from release of toxins include headache, nausea, gas, aches and pains. It is crucial at this point to continue the program and not cheat on your eating plan or cut yourself short with aerobic exercise.

Day Five:
Day five is where your hard efforts noticeably start to pay off! A surge of energy may power through you while your complexion will be clearing up and glowing. Your eyes will brighten while you feel wonderfully clean inside.

Day Seven:
At the end of day seven, you will have completed the diet /training program. This day you can start to prepare to get back on to the explosive growth spurt program. Get your body weight and body fat percentage weighed. Figure out which diet plan is best for your goals. Calculate how many carbohydrates proteins, fats you require. Put together your meal plan then go and buy the food you will need for the upcoming week.
