Fat - Fat describes an essential nutrient or the stuff on your body. In this case,
we are referring to the essential macronutrient.
There are several types of fat, saturated, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated,
essential, Tran’s fats, and hydrogenated fats. Following are reasons to increase
or decrease particular types of fat.

Reasons for Increasing Fat Intake

• Increase energy while lowering carbohydrate intake.
• Help support endogenous (internal body’s own) hormone production.
• Dry skin.
• Low energy.
• Fat-soluble Vitamin deficiency.(required for body to produce hormones)
• Overtraining Symptoms.
• Curb Hunger

Reasons for Decreasing Fat Intake

• Decrease calories in diet.
