You may also use the program planner to see examples of meals put together. You can learn what types of meals to eat late in the day, how to eat after working out and breakfast meals for optimal results.
The program planner provides you with base meal plans you can modify with a couple of your own personal meals substituted. For example, if you do not like chicken you may want to substitute in a beef based meal in its place. There are many substitution meals already figured out for your use at the rear of the manual. Just make sure you are substituting apples for apples. Otherwise, make sure your substitute meal has the same amounts of proteins, fibres, carbohydrates and fats.
