A Lean Body Gains Muscle Much More Efficiently Than a Fat
Body

In order to achieve an explosive growth spurt a healthy body fat percentage is
crucial. For our purposes a body fat percentage under fifteen percent is regarded
as healthy. If you have a naturally low body fat percentage and have gained over
ten percentage points of body fat then this is unhealthy. For example if you are
naturally around 5% body fat and have gained fat to put yourself at 15% percent
body fat, even though this is lower than average it is still very unhealthy for you.

Body fat percentage has shown to have a major impact on the way extra
nutrients above maintenance requirements are partitioned or used.

The higher your body fat percentage the greater the chances that extra calories
required for muscle growth may be stored as fat.

The lower your body fat percentage the more muscle gained on a high calorie
diet.
The lower body fat levels are the higher growth hormone and testosterone levels
your body naturally produces.
In order to produce maximum natural testosterone and growth hormone body fat
levels must be under 10 percent.
The maximum acceptable body fat percentage for an explosive growth spurt is
15 %. A higher body fat percentage than fifteen percent requires a crash fat loss
course (Crash Fat Loss Option C). If your body fat percentage is 15 percent or
higher, follow the Crash Fat loss course for six-week periods until your body fat
levels reach the required fifteen percent or lower.

Less than ten percent is optimal and recommended to help your body produce
maximum natural testosterone and growth hormone. This tip alone may be the
difference in your success or failures, considering all other factors in the program
are consistently followed.
