Killer ab workouts are nothing complicated. Learning a killer ab workout is the easy part. Sticking to your killer ab workout and diet is another story.... Thats why I was very intrigued by the title of Nick Nilssons ebook" The Best Ab Exercises You've Never Heard Of" If your sick and tired of following the same old "killer ab workout exercises....
and willing to put in the time and effort to learn a bunch of new exercises ( there are alot of them, some fairly complicated) then Nick Nilssons "The Best Ab exercises you've never heard of " may be the answer to putting enthusiasm back into your AB training. I first heard of Nick Nilsson about three years ago when his top selling ebook " The Best Weight Training Exercises You've Never Heard Of" seemed to be endorsed by bodybuilding gurus everywhere I turned on the internet. Since then Nick has put his degree in Physical Education and 14 years bodybuilding experience to good use to produce 4 other top selling ebooks including this ebook. I will personally vouch that Nick is an authentic educated expert who does his research and for that reason stands out for his credentials in an internet crowded with B.S. spreading self proclaimed gurus. In "the Best Ab Exercises You've Never Heard of " I found the best value in the fact that Nick doesn't just tell you about a bunch of exotic ab training exercises. He shows you with Video clips exactly how to do each exercise. He then goes way beyond any Ab program I have ever seen ( and I have seen pretty well every Ab workout and routine produced in the bodybuilding industry over the last 21 years) to give you 38 different Killer ab workouts. Instead of giving you broad generalities his killer ab workouts get you totally involved arming you with programs for the following specific Killer Ab workouts: Core Srength Waist minimizers Low to no equipment Six Pack Abdominal detail explosive Core Strength Lower Abdominals Swiss Ball Only Contact and combat sports Serratus Builders As you can see from the list above this ebook may be a valuable asset to your library even if you are not a bodybuilder. Any athlete can improve his sports performance by improving his core strength. This ebook takes a truly hands on approach I have never seen before ( except for Nicks other ebooks). It logically and systematically shows you how to do the exercises and implement them into your training routine in about two minutes. One thing I found a little overwhelming was the amount of detail Nick uses to describe each exercise. I was fine following the video demonstrations and reading his explanations of Common errors made performing each exercise. But there is so many details and variations given for each exercise I nearly found it overwhelming. Definitely the book is the most thorough book on Ab training I have ever come across but at the same time the sheer attention to detail can be overwhelming especially if you are a beginner. I have to admit I was pretty skeptical of Nick's claim that his book would contain 77 Ab exercises I probably have never heard of. But after actually counting the exercises and reading the book I can see he actually makes no false or misleading claims. The only things I found Nick could do to make this book better would be: Improve the lighting for his video demonstrations
Give the reader a little better idea of where to start. Although Nick rates each exercise as either a beginner intermediate or advanced exercise, he does not break the sample workouts into beginner ,intermediate or advanced ( something to consider for the next update). I could see this being a little tedious for the beginner to have to continually cross reference the exercise ratings with the sample workouts to ensure the sample workout contains exercises appropriate for his/her level of expertise. It's no secret that we all want a strong and lean set of abs, because, well, they look good. Of course there are other reasons to work your abs, like to protect your lower back from pain and excel in sports. If you want to get your hands on the most thorough source I know of for working your abs and reap all the benefits of effective abdominal training, I give Nick Nilsson's "Best Ab Exercises You've Never Heard of " my highest recommendation and a 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
