After Dinner - If hunger is a problem after dinner feel free to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, fruit or vegetable juice. Eat and drink as much as you want. (Remember do not mix fruits and vegetables.)
Recipe for Vegetable Broth (one days supply) Ingredients: 7 carrots 1 bunch of celery 2 quarts distilled water 1/3 bunch of parsley 1/2 cup fresh broccoli Take carrots and celery and cut into fine pieces. Place distilled water into a large pot and boil. Place carrots and celery into boiling water for fifteen minutes. Cut broccoli and parsley into fine pieces. Add broccoli and parsley to boiling water and let boil for another ten minutes. Drain off the juice or broth. The above recipe yields one days supply. More can be made then refrigerated to be served hot or cold.
About this Broth The purpose of the broth is to flush. Drink lots of it during the underground growth preparation phase. When premium quality vegetables are used this broth is saturated with highly absorbable vitamins and minerals.
The above recipe and cleanse is a modified version of an old 1930’s cleansing diet. I tried to find the exact source when adding my version to this course but could not find it. Substitutions A juicer may be used to make fresh vegetable juice as a variation to the vegetable broth. Use the same vegetables as in the broth recipe. There are several vegetable and fruit choices to eat while on this seven-day eating plan. Please stick to the mentioned fruits and vegetables. Do not take the liberty to substitute a fruit or vegetable that is not mentioned. Under no circumstances should you eat any pastas, breads, refined white flours, processed meat, red meats or foods that you think are healthy. Only eat the foods on the list.
