Between Breakfast and Lunch - Drink as much fruit juice and vegetable juice as desired. Recommend freshly squeezed not canned, powdered, concentrated or cardboard boxed. The fresher the better.
- Eat all the fruit and vegetables you can but do not mix fruits and vegetables at the same serving! Stick to organic fruits and vegetables as much as possible, frozen is acceptable, canned is not recommended. The more raw substance you eat the more thoroughly prepared you will be for an explosive growth spurt!
- Vegetable broth (see recipe) – ingest in quantities.
Lunch - Salad – make a chopped salad of fresh vegetables. Use a dressing of lemon juice and herbs 9 if desired, not mandatory). Eat at least a good plate full, more if desired. Use four of the vegetables listed below:
Artichokes, asparagus, beans beets, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, celery, dandelions, endive, eggplant, fresh corn, fresh green peas, green peppers, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, okra, onions, parsley, parsnips, radishes, rutabagas, spinach, squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips, ( you may use leaves and tops also) .
Between Lunch and Dinner - Drink all the fruit and vegetable juice you desire. Eat all the fresh fruit and vegetables you want. Fill up! The fruits and vegetables act as medicine for you. The vitamins and minerals in the food are saturating your cells purging all the toxins that have been stuck in you for years! Be sure to eat plenty!
Dinner - Vegetable broth: drink two cups during the meal, more if desired.
- Steamed vegetables. Select two or three different vegetables from the list above. Steam them using herbs if desired. Eat until comfortably full.
- No potatoes (too starchy).
