Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients:4 portions

3/4 tsp. Ginger

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp. minced fresh Garlic

4 portions Lean Sirloin Steak cut into strips.

3 Cups Broccoli Flowers

1 Med. Onion thinly sliced

2 med. ripe tomatoes cut into bite sized pieces

Directions:

Mix together ginger sea salt, pepper, lemon juice Worcestershire sauce and

garlic. Then add Lean sirloin steak. Let marinate for at least 5 minutes. Best if

longer than 4 hours.

In a non stick skillet saute in butter or coconut butter the broccoli and medium

onion.Cook until "crisply tender" (4 - 5 min). Add extra coconut oil to keep skillet

from getting dry. Add sirloin and marinade to vegetables. Continue cooking,

stirring occasionally until meat is cooked (6 to 8 min).

Add tomatoes cover and let stand until slightly heated.

sounds like a good stir fry...Im just starting out ..im 220 looking to get fit..im an Endomorph.build.I have lots of power plus bulk fast ..but i find it hard to tone..i take a multi vitamin..should I cut the carbs to 30 % of daily diet....
