I'm a 37 year old construction worker from Edmonton Alberta Canada who was a total "Average Joe" who had never been in good shape before.

fat_loss = not much of a decrease since I'm fairly thin.

I feel I have made a very good decision in that I learned how to put together a meal plan that will help me gain mass, as well as the proper ratios of protein, carbs, and fats, without using all the supplements the body-building industry tries to scam you on.
